The FPR is loose, there is a fine line between loose and broken. Unfortunately you need to move closer to broken. FWIW It took 4 or 5 tries tightening mine (shim) to get it to hold pressure.

The edge on stock isn't really stock.

If the relief valve is not tight there's your issue....you need to run stock fittings. Higher volume = less pressure. Put stock fittings back in.

And you won't be using the CTS to control tunes on an 06. They will only work as gauges.

Curious about this comment, just trying to get educated. Please explain.

it still adds timing to the stock tuning. pull your edge completely off and you will notice a difference in power and mpg between edge stock and actual stock

For the non believers that ported fittings are a improvement this test was done by fleece performence stock fittings lost around a 1000 pounds of pressure
http://youtu.be/3J7ZoQrKbzA or type in ported fuel rail test

i gave you a good run down on how to actually diag your issue and not just "put stock stuff back in". quit worrying about what everyone is telling you to replace, they are not there. if you cant give me that info, your gunna be spinning your wheels (or wont be in this case)

thats a much better sign. what level of the edge were you on? yes a plugged filter can cause all kinds of fueling issues. its like changing the spark plug on a 2 stroke, when they start running like crap, its the first thing to look into.

your filter % is artificially low because of the leak at the FPRV. Now that you solved that, it should work properly. Mine was loose on my first try and I went from 100% to 0% the first time that I punched it, lol. Mine is an LMM but it's the same thing :)

Out and about
you can get a fitting that couples the two lines together and just unbolt the filter housing. double check all the fittings when done, they are not used to having the pressure behind them due to cp3 sucking fuel.

Use Dayco #71359 to connect the 2 hard lines located under the grid heater. Follow the rubber hoses from the filter head to the motor and you will see it.
