I for one know several true street cars in the New York- Philidelphia area that would bust their asses. One dude has a notch with a 418 and procharger F1R. I will admit though that turbo nova would also ruin a few days. Gotta love 10.5 cars on the street.

I don't care what anyone says, this is pretty bad ass.

I agree. That is probably my favorite car of the bunch. The murder nova is sick but it seems like he thinks he is unbeatable. I like it when big heads get their butts handed to them. Then again it is reality tv. Doc left him in the Dust!

This last episode where they r racing, if you see the end of the strip, u actually see red and blues flashing as if the road is closed.... Has me thinking....

Anyways, saw these guys 2 - 2 1/2 yrs ago at thunder valley when they were testing out Flip's el camino. Raced one of their guys with a blk single cab 1500 with a charger on it. After two races I walked over and looked at the el camino.... It was a huge group of them there, Sean, chief, flip, n couple others. No one spoke a word to me, but just to watch how intense they were on working on that car was awesome.

Then saw them all again this last weekend, I didn't approach them but just watched and they were top notch laid back guys. Big chief even had a pizza box in both hands with a big ass drink on top and a guy walked up to him to shake his hand and Chief somehow manage to get a free hand out to shake.....

IMO they cool kats with bad ass toys...

It's pretty obvious it's scripted and the cops are in the back ground closing the streets etc etc etc otherwise Discovery could be sued if someone was killed!Waiver or no WAIVER. I know it's scripted just by how many people show up and watch, to everyone trailering their cars to race plus the noise if the cops don't know about it they must be the dumbest police force in the nation!

The cars are bad ass cool to watch IMO. As far as the track goes some do go and tune (test) there cars but for them to race heads up against one another they would have to rent the track! I know they street race in my area (imports) plus bikes! I know for a fact the bikes will shut down a piece of the interstate I knew people that use to do it! ;)

Do I live in the only place other than OK that has trailered race cars racing on the street and huge crowds watching? I've heard that "it can't be real because the cars are trailered" so many times it ain't funny. Of course it's set up on a closed street to film a TV show. But it's called street outlaws, not street legal outlaws. That used to be the Sunday afternoon entertainment around here, sometimes with a dozen cars and about a hundred spectators. Now the state has achieved a 1:1 ratio of troopers to citizens, so it's not so prevalent anymore.

My brother says that is the same argument that everyone is having on the car type forums he is on.

On Sunday night where I live there is probably 500 people, 20 trailer cars, and another 150 street car racing. I think the show is Set up but it has to be. The cars are legit for sure

They are actually really
Cool down to earth guys... They are like all of us and like to go fast. I think it's cool that they get paid by discovery to talk about racing (true or false) and then make their cars faster realistically with that payment. Down to earth guys though just doing their job so they can go faster in real life!
