I'd be willing to bet the races are staged with closed roads and cops, but some of those test hits look legitimately illegal. I just started watching it for the bad ass cars.

I'm getting tired of all the crap scripted reality tv.
Amish Mafia, Lizard Lick Towing, any of the repo shows. Just dumb. Even if you watch old episodes of Ice Road Truckers or Deadliest Catch compared to now they have tried to play it up lots to get the simple minded people to watch. Sucks and takes away from the realism which originally was the intent of these shows.

all depends on the channel they are on. Discovery, A&E, truTV, all do tons of scripted trashy shows, pretty much everything on truTV is trash.

Its staged, i live in the heart of where street racing takes place in Los Angeles. Ive been racing for 21 years and i have never once in my life seen rental generators with lights at a street race!!!:roflmao:.My friends have called out murder nova on facebook but they dont reply. That being said, they do compete in psra events and im sure the xtra $$ they make from discovery helps.

Where were your friends at 2mos ago when they came to Cali and kicked ass? They had the spot all day testing/tuning then called the Cali guys that were waiting around for a location to come out. It was also paired up funky "almost" in favor of OKC..

Sometimes they do go to the track, but most of the time it's on the street.
