I am reading my actual and desired rail pressure off my predator tuner but it's on stock now while I'm trying to figure this out

I have a new stock paper filter on it .and I cleaned the maf sensor and it really wasn't dirty to start with. But I think I'm gunna give the turbo boost/map sensor a clean as well and try that too

No none I even check every now and then. One thing I'll say is my tuner shows me makin 12.5 psi of boost at idle which I know is way high could that make it over fuel sense it thinks it has so much air? Or does it not work that way wondering if my boost sensor is reading wrong

Well I installed the blocker plate and wow it's like a new truck no smoke and has more pep and I can hear the turbo more again. So the egr valve must have been blowing open or sticking open.
