i hope u feel real good about ur self when you beat everybody else with ur 2.8 charger in a 2.5 class, if u want to run a charger that big run it in the right class do you really thinks its alrite to pull in the stock class?

Stock class? not too many places around here have stock classes? a stock class IMOP would be bone stock no mods. He's talking about pulling in work stock which around here and most other places the rule states "stock appearing" in their workstock turbo rule. Doesn't say they can't mod the stock turbo. I'll agree with you if he was going to pull in a workstock class like Battle of the Bluegrass where the turbo rule states stock un-modified turbo then yea it would be wrong.

Call Fleece or Danville. They make good chargers and are stock appearing. A 4094 is not stock appearing and trying to get by with it is not right.

just so everyone know the rukles are out for BOB.
also so everyone know when we hook 2.6 were just 30ft out from a win. . .and we pull work stock all the time.

The 4094vvt looks exactly like a stock charger. With the heat shield in place it would be impossible to tell the difference. I personally don't sled pull, but I think trying to enter work-stock with a 68mm charger is on the brink of cheating.

Then set a truck up legal for workstock.;)

Stock chargers and modified stock chargers depending on whose rules.

but I think trying to enter work-stock with a 68mm charger is on the brink of cheating.

Why? theyre clipping 3.0s for the 2.6 class.

Sled pulling has always been what some people call the biggest cheater, or what other people call the biggest innovator.

Basically a winning puller sees a rule that says "jump" but not how high you can jump so they take it to the sky.

Follow me?

Im not telling people to cheat, but if you want to place in the top you have to be on the edge.

Now at a brush pull if you showed up with any turbo other than a stock turbo I would bump you up a class. Thats how i run the class at the pull I help out at. But if your pulling workstock, thats a different story.

I had Brayden build me a 2.5, 66mm wheel s400 it has passed every pull I have been too I have not tried in BOB because there rules says stock factory unmodded turbo, but every other place that has the 2.5 stock appearing class it passes everytime and I have won every brush pull around here with it I dyno'd the truck last year with 60% over injectors and it made 621 hp and 1380 torque with robs tune

30' behind is NOT almost a 2.6 truck. LOL

well this is true. . .but if i can get 20 more psi out of this 4094 than a stocker,i think i coudl be right there with them, just my 2 cents maybe im wrong. . . .

sometimes it's 30' most of the time its 20' back, out truck pulls better with the added weight, dont knwo why, just does. think its cuz the driver thinks hes got to do a lot better, and hit his shift points better etc

A 4094 is not going to hang in 2.6 in OH/IN/KY.

Otherwise known as "the Mecca".

as of right now, were pretty close to the same on power, after the new pump/turbo we shoudl be at the same level, who knows i mite be wrong, but when your givin a parts and told to run it. . .you do it if ya know what i mean.
