I'm looking for a good place to get some 2" OD stainless tubing .125 wall as well as mandrel bends/pre formed bends. I'm using 2" shedule 40 right now and its a little too big plus a little over kill.

I checked out the two sites that were recommended but no luck. I found a local supplier but I can only buy it in 20' sticks and then I have to get it bent or find weld elbows.

I wonder where Trent gets his tubing?....

I didn't see you were looking for .125 wall stuff. What are you building that you have to use material that thick? Have you considered schedule 10 instead of schedule 40? I'm not sure you'll find anyone that will mandrel bend stainless that thick.

I meant .120 wall. The bad thing about the schedule 10 & 40 pipe is that it only comes in certain sizes.

2" OD .120 wall 304 stainless seamless import in 20' randoms

$21.86 per ft my cost.

Welded will be cheaper if that's what you want.

Ben, if you cant find pre bent stuff you need i got a bender. i dont have a manderal bender but i have a 2" die for my JD2 bender. let me know if you want to bend some of that up. just bring how much angle on the bend you want and where you want the bends

Thanks James, I might be taking you up on that. I need to bend some tubing for a bumper I want to build. Do you have a 1.5" shoe?

I got some 2" .120 wall at AMS here in Phoenix. Got a smokin deal on it $6.17 a foot and made in the USA!

I have 1 3/4 and 1 1/4 lol but no 1 1/2. AMS usually has great deals. i get all my steel through them. If you set up a company account they hook you up even more.
