why do you say that? That should be enough air for 1k, the 47 will flow 140lbs per minute. I think he will need bigger injectors.

not enough air. Compound twins have a broader power band but lack flow like a single large turbo has. The whole twin setup flows almost 1/3 less air than if you were to run the gt47 as a single. The only benifit of twins is driveability and lower egts

He will have enough air to hit 1000 HP on fuel. It may be at the limit, but it will do it.

will they fit like stock or will modifications need to be done to the passenger side intercooler tube

I think im going to try and match it up to the Banks tube, since a few people have them. The way I did Matt's, it only needed two 3" 90's, and a few short pieces of 3" tube (see pic's). I might build the tube as well, if enough people are interested.

The 60% injectors may be a limiter, Guy and I discussed going bigger in the future once its running and we see how it drives.

Ive also figured I will more than likely up the small turbo, probably at the same time the drivetrain comes out to go in a regular cab :thumb:

Bigbird uses the a similar setup in his crew cab with 100 overs from SoCal. He should be pushing or into the triple digits. The injectors might keep you from them and might not.

I have to second that one. It should have plenty of show and go. It might even scare you too much to even want to drive it. If that happens send it my way and I will drive it for you. LOL:rofl:

 600 lol  i'll probably wait for the alum. ones unless i get some extra cash cause the stainless looks sweet!:thumb:

It really isn't my place to say but Russ isn't turning a huge profit with these... the flanges are beautiful and are top notch that costs money, the SS ones are also not run of the mill Mild Steel, 316 is not cheap.

To be honest Ive pretty much forgotten I own a Duramax, and the $600 a month loan payment and all of these $1000s are just going down a black hole.

I figure itll be a awesome surprise if one day I get a sweet fast Duramax LOL

Cant wait to drive it.
