I believe 1000 is do-able. I might be interested in an aluminum Y-pipe as well Russ!

It's been done before i believe. I think Keith did it and i am close.
keith's truck broke more than it ran. i was at a dyno day watching his truck run, and there was definitly not enough air. it popped and sputtered, and belched out so much smoke.

Maybe that day it wasn't running right, but I know he's got enough air to run 9's........:secret:

It really isn't my place to say but Russ isn't turning a huge profit with these... the flanges are beautiful and are top notch that costs money, the SS ones are also not run of the mill Mild Steel, 316 is not cheap.

I know they are expensive i priced the parts out today:confused: just can't throw down 600 right now for stainless unless i make my own i'll wait for the alm ones or i get extra cash:thumb:

You got the skills to pay the bills. I love the the way the CAC pipe is rerouted with the EGR deleted. That looks super clean.:thumb:

I can tell you that if you have one of those flanges cnc'd and buy material and build a jig you'll be at least $600 into it.

That ever a nice setup!! Looks amazing.

What was done internally to the engine?

Guy's Stage 1 heads, Mahle Forged Pistons, Carrillo Forged Rods, Clevite bearings, So Cal rev kit, basically the works :D too bad its going in that ugly body style:D

WOW!! That looks sweet. I bet your trucks been done for a month. Russ is just driving it around. ;)

I wish:D, Just got in from picking them up at the polish shop. Between moving and waiting a few weeks to get the parts back, Im ready to get it back together again, and get it out of here.

BTW- Matt, you could have cropped out my kitchen floor;).

Oooo, pretty!!!

Those pipes will look sweet on your truck, Matt. You should see if you can find some white split loom to cover all the wire harness with.

Ask the engine builder what he left out of it. It was a shame.
