I need to get some pictures when i have more time. Got a few new things for the shop.
I've been focusing on building my metal polishing and detailing arsenal lately. Got a Flex PE14 rotary polisher a few weeks ago, picked up a DeWalt DWP849X to run my metal polishing pads on and just placed an order that was way to big with autogeek that included a lot of Menzerna compounds, various other supplies and a Flex 3401 forced rotation DA polisher.
I like making things shine but I will be honest that I can be a bit lazy about it and the idea of polishing by hand wears off very quickly.
Thid picture kind of shows them but Ill get a better one when the next order shows up.
Love me some autogeek! Order a lot from them ready to get the truck all polished up, should have never watched the cobra vid I need a set of those now
same here thats why i have been gitting them the deep impacts i picked up for 188 originaly were 475Got me a few 88 tooth matco ratchets and allen head T handles....I get 50% off through school.....so been ordering some stuff.
got this not too long ago, soo handy compared to an air gun
Cordless are nice but most of the stuff I work on was tightened by the hand of god...
My apologies, I will lay off the roids next time:thumb:
Now that color I like, when did they have those for sale? I like both my MG325 and MG725. I lost my first MG725 after only a year of having it. I think I left it on a tillage tool as I never could find it. My first ones were a rougher red, the MG725 I got to replace the lost one was polished red.
I bought them a year and half ago... They know Im a sucker for blue. Snap On has all kinds of new flashy colors, lime green, purple metallic, white etc. etc.
Vinny, if your the one tightening some of the bolts for Cat, knock it off they have torque spec you know...
I like the Lime Green ones, have some stuff in the different colors.
I'm more obsessed with my German stuff though I think.
I toured the SSL/CTL/MTL plant in NC as well as the small wheel loader plant in NC, they didn't let me touch the bolts though and insisted on used a "DC Torque Tool" to guarantee accuracy. Pussies.
Lol... I don't use a torque wrench very often Just engine stuff normally or Hydraulic torque tools... Im not even going to look at the German stuff. I'm pretty much done buying tools.
