Mines at 168K been over 160K for 4 years, but that don't bother me. The fact that its 10 years old now makes me a little sad.:roflmao:
Kid at work got me all worried about it, asked how many miles were on it and said i was a fool for "hot rodding" around with that many miles with stock internals especially when i told him i was doing headstuds gaskets and a 4094. Dont plan to make over 550 hp how do you guys feel about that?

Yeah i had it sent to mark and turned to the stg2r and when the time comes tune the torgue out of it. If pistons are my weak link how much more involved would it to throw pistons in when im having the headgaskets done, motor will be coming out to do so
Soooo for easy numbers id say 10k plus it sounds like... Oh boy
Well mine is 13 years old. Since having the engine transplant, 3yrs and 30k ago, I like the truck even better than original. She's got 145k now. :woott:
If I had your truck I would keep it too. They become like a family member when you've had them as long as you and IMine turned 10 last November. 165,xxx on the clock. If no one buys it soon, I'm sinking some money into the body and keeping it until the frame breaks.
I cracked a piston 8k miles after I decided to add some power. 4094 & 40% injectors pushed it right over the edge. I would avoid a stock 4094 and go with one of Danvilles modded vvts and have it tuned for minimal low end torque.
What happened to the old engine? All those years of running the bastard stack...
