Man I miss my old zf truck. It didn't run that well but it was fun. It was just a stock charger max effort Rob tuned one but the top end was insane. Not like that though. It loved the interstate and 60-120mph runs. Used to freak sports cars out when that big beat up truck on 35" tires jumped up and pulled on them for a little bit :D

I've talked myself into ditching the Allison in the spring and swapping a zf into my lly. Can't wait

Tunes 3,4,5,6,7. Yeah I don't have Internet at home to upload go pro vids. But i can upload vids from my phone straight to you tube.i just bought a hero silver 3+ so I'll get some gopro vids tonight and try to get em uploaded at a friends house. Probably gonna have alot of highway pull videos in the near future, the truck seems to really like the high r's now. I am really suprised with the sound. 1.10 ar housing and a 4 inch downnpipe made a big difference. But it's not all poppy like the ones I see vids of alot it's more raspy like it was before. I do prefer the sound of 4 inch which might be the reason for it.

I'm running the same size turbo on a built motor automatic trans. It does run great up top. My trans slips sometimes. It's a very fun setup! I haven't gotten to get on it past 70 like you have though

Ya the truck may love 70-120 but remember that is when parts break. I generally follow the thought that gears 1-4 are the ones to have fun in and OD is meant strictly for racing it's worked pretty good for awhile now.

I'm just saying be careful in the higher gears as the engine is loaded the hardest. You would hate to see bent rods in the next few weeks right? Just offering words of wisdom

Thanks I'll try to keep that in mind but it's hard. I can probably out run plenty of stuff out here not on the big tune.

My 5th gear is 1:1. So probably alright there. Just sixth might be killer on hard parts. I like to think my 285's and lmm 17s are alot easier on it than 20s would be.

Yeah get that for me so I can see if we have anything left in the truck, or if the clutch will take it.

LOL

I'm sure the clutch will be fine after a break in period. Do you want it logged idle driving wot or all of that?
Ps I figured out quick my dsp5 was backward lol
