well the more i keep hearing about the customer service from suncoast , it kinda has to make you wonder just what the hell is going on over there . If MikeL is for a fact no longer a dealer im sure he will have something up his sleeve to keep us up and going :hug:

Someone sounds like they can afford a $50,000 truck, but never took typing in the fourth grade. That CAPS LOCK key is for terminals that cannot use lowercase ASCII data. It's a throwback to the days when computers were typewriters with no screens, and Hollerith cards couldn't do lowercase due to a 64 char-set limit; it's not there just to prove you flunked typing.

I do not know your relationship to Suncoast, but apparently you are pretty far out of the loop.
