Rule discussion for new stock truck list

I say studs not allowed. If some poor bugger lifts a head and wants to be on the list he can put stock bolts back in.

Here's the rub:

There is not a formal organization monitoring this.

When I was racing SCTA (Bonneville) there WAS a formal org monitoring the rules, but they were still disobeyed, often visibly, for preferred entries.

It's a Gentleman's Word type of record. I have thousands (seriously) of time slips floating around from 17.0 to 9.3 ET. Even with a set of Stock Rules, nobody can police them. I remember when everyone thought we "cheated" with Wendy, but it was nothing but seat time, and a lot of dyno tests/tuning. Now, mid 12 ET's aren't questioned.

Target is 11.99999999 now. That is the new Litmus Test for a 'Tune Only' Dmax. Eventually, nobody will question it. That's the way things go.

I have been busy for the past few days and haven't had much time to work on this. I'll try to put together a list of rules to vote on. If they get voted down, we can discuss and revise and try again. Maybe tomorrow before I'm able to get it all done.

Well min anyway. Thats why with the top 50 list there never is a gripe or question. One rule has to be a Duramax engine!

It's one of the guys that works for us truck. He is in Wyoming so it will stay parked till he comes by to swap out trucks and drop ours back off
