If you are required you have a bar, you are required to have a harness right (driver restraint system)? Pretty sure if it is required, the shoulder straps have to be mounted between level and 4 inches below your shoulders. If that going to work with that back bar?
I dont believe so Jerry. I believe anything slower than 10.0 you can use factory seats. I know Ken has gone 10s on stock seat/stock seat belt. Now if you use a aftermarket seat, you are required to have that secured to the bar and SFI restraints.
You need belts and a bar for anything faster than 11.50
