glad i live in canada, weed in public school just seems wrong. high school meh about time people make decisions themselves. but in grade 8 wow.
No way you should be able to drive under that stuff-you pop positive you go to jail just like DUI. And the first person that lights up next to me is getting stomped into the fcking ground, I'm not failing a piss test b/c some douche can't take life and needs to turn to pot. That is the nice thing about booze, it is out of your system quick and they have gotten good at telling how much is in your system

Meh, I think we'll be fine. Been to Amsterdam many times, they don't have problems with marijuana. I have friends that smoke it and are functional, contributing adults.
I had a hard time snorting the Marijuana so I never got into the drug scene but hopefully it will have a impact at the courts, where they wont have to spend time and our tax money on this subject and get to things that really do damage to communities.
Being under the influence of pot is vastly different than alcohol. I personally have not heard of one instance of someone high getting in a serious accident. I dont mean to say it does not happen but the fact that you never hear about that happening says something. And weed stays in your system much longer than alcohol so testing them for it then throwing them in jail if they pop positive just isnt a plausible way to handle that issue
I can't test positive for it, so apparently the FAA feels that its serious enough to influence your judgements.

Apples and oranges imo. I am not trying to say it does not affect your judgement though. There are plenty of drugs perscribed to people that affect their judgement yet it is still legal to drive while on them. My point is simply that it is quite different than driving drunk and should be treated accordingly.
