i think the turbo will have to come out... i've heard of but never tried something called "freeze out" its supposed to cool the bolts enough to shrink them and make them easier coming out. maybe a drill and an easy out and that stuff instead of drilling and heli-coiling?

This happens ALL the time. I have said many many times that I recommend studding the pedistal for this very reason with 10.9s. This happened on one of my buddy Reeces many swaps, so the pedistals all now get studded. I think youd be a fool not to really if the turbo is out.

that blows if anything else, I have two low mileage Lmm chargers let me know if I can help. Sorry I dont have any pics of the plate I cut. It may be me being parnoid or something, but I cut the plate with a plas instead of a torch. I figured a torch would warp the plate, and I was concerned about leakage.

I just went to the machine shop and had the grind and polish the plate to the exact same shape as the oem gasket.

I havent touched it since thursday.
Thanks for the offer Jordan, but i think im just going to stare at these pipes for another 4 months untill the weather cools off from 117*
