I have the first RCD turbo!!! mine is a 66/71 built for workstock!!!

Love it!! I have it gated at 38psi till I get my Head studs and nozzels!!! Cleaned up my 530rwhp tune!!! No smoke at all now. went from a 12.82 to 12.46 with the same set-up and tune. Just bolted on the turbo. should run high 11's next summer

No!!! You can talk them down. only part of the turbo that gets saved from the stocker is the intake housing and exhaust housing. Center section, 14mm shaft, and new wheels are all new. no more coolant. Very well done.

I have and LB7 with EPR EFI LIVE tuning and soon too come trans and turbos. I also have an LMM setup by EPR. I love them both. As far as injectors being a pain I guess I dont see much difference in labor as I have done many of both. I guess its just a preference. Lb7's are probably a favorite in my book!
