So Cal.
Dan, not sure this helps at all with diagnosis, I've never dealt with 2xCP3 controllers etc.

In the log you can tell its not something that is immediately wrong, as it idles right at the desired MPA for a second, then slowly starts ramping up.

First actual climbed slowly to and then stayed at ~80MPA. Then we drove across the parking lot and though when on the throttle the actual psi drops to desired, when off the throttle during decel, the pressure starts ramping up real slow again...only this time to 101-105MPA.

From my initial observation it doesnt appear that a reg is bad or something that is causing faulty operation all the time, like if it had high psi all the time. Its just strange to me that it increases by like 1-2MPA every second with a real smooth curve.

lift pump pressure too high.. Just like boost creep when the gate is too small.

So Cal.
well i have a ADII and i have the reg adjusted all the way in but pressure is no higher than 14psi and has never given me an issue before. my FICM is bypassed as well so i know that isnt messing with it. If i get time tonight ill try bypassing the second cp3 and go from there.

14 psi is too high... You need about 8-10, 12 MAX

I run 12psi on my supersweet Airdog but it drops to 2psi @WOT on the dyno, so I'm sure I pull a small vac on the strip with the additional g-force.

Ill drop it and see but like i say before, never gave me this issue. this just started happening these past three weeks. before the motor blew it was set the same for almost a year.

James maybe its time for a bigger lift pumpa, lower your psi to 10 and move more volume.

maybe. ill crank it down and go from there.

Ok, tried backing the regulator all the way out which dropped pressure to about 5-6psi. Made no difference. Soon as i blip the throttle rail jumps to 11-14k and holds. Shut truck off and restart, starts at commanded then slowly raises to 7-8k on its own. Disconnected lift pump wiring, no difference.

Tried. Called at 5:15 my time, got stuck on hold then disconnected. Called back 5 min later at 5:25, waited on hold again till just now and they said you left. Great.....

So got the stock belt on bypassing the second pump. Do i need to disconnect the ppe jumper at the fpr in the valley as well?

I'm back.....

Just saw this dan. Think i got it figured out though

if your talking bout the harness then yes just plug the factory connection back into the valley reg

Yeah thats what i did.

So, with cp3 bypassed and elecronics undone. Truck starts and goes straight to 10k. Hit throttle and straight to 20k and stays. So it aint the ppe box. I think the coil in the fpr is done. The longer i let the truck sit off then start, the longer it takes before rail starts climbing again like the coil is getting hot and loosing connection.

I think the ppe box was masking over the problem some giving the weird symptoms.
