Bike shit again. Bike is ready for getting new fairings. Old fairings fitted in so my fiber guy can begin to make new ones.

I am building a very similar truck (but with a '99 Silverado fiberglass body), just came across this thread again, and it's funny that you ended up with some of the same ideas I did (such as the modified wheel position). I'm taking my rear wheels even closer to the cab, trying for optimal weight distribution. I am going with no intercooler and water/methanol, but will be watching inlet temps and EGTs very closely. I'm mounting my radiator and oil coolers in the bed. Can't wait to see more pics of yours!

Regards,
Michael Pliska

Do you think you even need a oil cooler?

Good luck with your project... Look forward to seeing it:)

Fun to watch the custom trucks in here sure will make for some fast stuff next yr. if they get the bugs out. At least a few are making these and give the guys with fewer changes but want some faster trucks and get ideas in here from the exotics.

Mika has two habits Fast Bikes and Diesel Drag Trucks all going at the same time. There is only time for one and not enough time I bet like we all experience. Good luck Mika looking forward to seeing your truck when it's done. I'm looking at the new ZL1 Camaro for a habit now besides the LBZ. Decided to leave truck where it is and let it live instead of spending $30k on the diesel for what? To break it? I can't do that with the present world economy issues. I'm buying beer and Whiskey to put in basement for special needs if they shut it off for sale over here. Have fun riding those bikes man winter is coming soon isn't it? Hope your summer is good. Will look for your truck posts later
