I like Holsets

Me too... it was very worth the time building a custom setup to stick one on my Subaru

Def excited to see what kind of times you can run with this new setup :thumb: Keep us posted!!

Chassis work begins next week. First I was thinking to do it myself, but give it to local shop so maybe it goes straight too:)
They have done many well proved straight going promod and prostock chassis works, so they have enough skills to do it. They also said it is not so easy to do this, because this is wider than normal race car, and also getting correct weight scaling to front and rear will take some challenge. I also need some space to front for turbos.
Rear will be 9" with floater. 9,5" they suggest didnt have gearing I need.

And I will go with Duraflite first year. It worked well in crew cab, so why wouldnt it work good in lighter truck too.
It is also time and money thing. Duraflite I have, Lenco with all needed parts will take too much time and money to get ready to next summer.
When we get all else dialed in, then it is time for different transmission, maybe.

Some delays in work because we didnt get chassis kit here as planned. But now chassis work is started and should be ready after week or so.
Guy that builds it says it is first race car he makes that you must climb to go sit
Well, maybe not so practical but it should look more like stock truck.
We have to move front wheels forward, and also rear wheels will be near cab, but I try to keep look as stock as possible.

why the need to move the tire locations? I take it to get better weight distribution ?

You are correct. We have to get consensus between best weight distribution and how it look outside.
I hope we get some pics how it will look soon.
