He does have some clean tunes.I put his back in for a change and truck is happy.
Thanks man...
Mark, Nick, Tony, Rob, PPEI, man... there are lots to choose from and everyone knows whats up. I do wish I had the time to talk to everyone 1 on 1, but there just literally isnt enough time in the day... Then when i do talk i forget the conversation and have no email to reference whatever the issue was if i ever had to adjust again. I have everyone in the office work off of a internal messenger/email so we can keep track of it.
Just within the past month I hired a close friend of mine (Shane Dowden.. Many know him from racing SXS for CANAM)... He is helping me stay up to par in the complex tuning department and giving me a little more free time to get 1 on 1 with the customers with big builds that realistically need a voice to be heard. I'm very thankful for that.
I read somewhere through this thread of someone wanting to speak to me that had a big build and couldnt get through and i said "I'm too busy to talk on the phone lets please email". I dont recall the scenario, but I do not doubt it... Sorry about that man, was likely doing all i could at the time to just keep up... but email is 100% the best form of communication as i can look through the email history and recall what we were speaking of and get back into action.
Thanks everyone for the constructive criticism, I have not forgot aboout you guys and the racing community, we were having some nasty growing pains for a while, but its all back to how it should be... and then some. We are on 1 day turn around time for tunes and back to 2 hour response times in emails. OP- Glad you got through on the first ring and also that you got fixed up within 5 mins.
I'm not defensive, I learn from these things and better my company from it. Thanks again Fellas.... Oh, and my truck just got finished up and is getting dyno time next week... Did i mention the whole truck is controlled wireless?
Thanks,
Kory
