But it will not work with your stock 5/16 line you need to make your lines 3/8 for it to work

I need one that makes a 90 instead of coming straight out, Dan!!! Im guessing that's not a standard thread pitch?

If it were a 90 you probably wouldn't have room to spin it. It would more than likely have to be something that could swivel, like the AN piece above.

You could always go with a banjo fitting.
OT
I had a lot of trouble finding metric banjo fittings
I tried using some for the return fuel on the heads with no luck
the holes just seem to big and wouldn't quite seal

Do you have a link of se hat you think might work Josh?

As far as using that piece I wouldn't think twice about using a mm X AN with a swivel 90*

Its a nice piece, and at only $36 I think its worth it for the piece of mind if nothing else.... every little bit is something IMO!

Is the ID of the threaded end bigger than the stock piece? Thinking about this piece myself once the truck stays running. lol

I was going to come out of the filter with 3/8 hose straight to the pump and just plug the line just above the injector return line. This would send the fuel from injectors back to the tank right?

you are by passing the FICM then ? the factory routing if i remember right goes from the filter to the FICM , out of the FICM then to the pump , I am not running any fluid through my FICM but it might be a good idea to on a D/D or you lve in a warm climate .

The way im seeing it, the fuel passes through the ficm first then to the filter then out to the IP. This according to the arrows on the filter housing.
