I need one that makes a 90 instead of coming straight out, Dan!!! Im guessing that's not a standard thread pitch?
If it were a 90 you probably wouldn't have room to spin it. It would more than likely have to be something that could swivel, like the AN piece above.
You could always go with a banjo fitting. That will work perfect... Depending how far it sticks out:thumb:
this is what i used you can go -6 (3/8) or -8(1/2) and it was $25 for 2 fittings

You can view the thread I started on them here:

Its a nice piece, and at only $36 I think its worth it for the piece of mind if nothing else.... every little bit is something IMO!

Is the ID of the threaded end bigger than the stock piece? Thinking about this piece myself once the truck stays running. lol
Can you plug the hard line that the rubber feed line goes to and run a new 3/8 line straight to the pump?
I was going to come out of the filter with 3/8 hose straight to the pump and just plug the line just above the injector return line. This would send the fuel from injectors back to the tank right?
The way im seeing it, the fuel passes through the ficm first then to the filter then out to the IP. This according to the arrows on the filter housing.

I had a lot of trouble finding metric banjo fittings
I tried using some for the return fuel on the heads with no luck
the holes just seem to big and wouldn't quite seal
Do you have a link of se hat you think might work Josh?
As far as using that piece I wouldn't think twice about using a mm X AN with a swivel 90*
