We haven't thrown a gauge on the drive pressure yet. The wastegate set up is just how it came from PPE. Off the pedestal of the high pressure to the pipe driving the atmosphere charger.
Yeah but what springs?

What's your drive pressure, and how's the wastegate setup?
Just throw more money at it. Eventually you will luck into the winning combo. And hell, it's just the customers money, right?
Maybe you should tune it. I'm sure you could have those rods bent in record time... By the way, you figure out that LML EFI live thing yet?
Thing would probly run better with an edge juice stacked on a super chip.
Haven't figured it out yet. Still waiting for the lawyer haha
Keep waiting. Who, by the way, is throwing money at it? I don't think you will find one person on here who thinks that the 60% over injectors won't be a step up from the 20% overs currently in there.
You obviously haven't read the entire thread, or you simply don't understand. To get this back on track, and help you understand I'll slow it down.
Like many, I agree the truck needs bigger injectors. I even stated I wouldn't waste money on anything smaller then 60% overs for a build like this(again, personal opinion) big pulse width is not easy on anything, and if you know what your doing, smoke can be pretty manageable with bigger sticks(part throttle shifts on the other hand... Haha)
Waisting money is throwing a new turbine housing on without knowing what's going on at the moment. You can learn alot by monitoring drive pressure, atmospheric pressure, and total boost. I was in the same position years ago. First compound truck I had ever tuned. Gauges made it easy to visually see what tuning changes accomplished.
There are alot of very knowledgable people on this forum, but a little homework can go along way in helping people help you.
Haha. And FYI. Anyone that knows any facts about diesel tuning will know that it's not beneficial and can cause damage to a motor pushing uS further then 3100 as it's just chasing the piston down causing extra heat and smoke. I've seen one of these so called tunes a couple years back pushing as high as 3600uS. Good thing for limiters and this driver having a light foot otherwise bye bye motor.
