On a 68mm Danville I did 636 on a strong stock cp3 and 40 over LBZ tips with 2600us and held almost 25k rail. When I went to the 12mm Exergy, the truck picked up a ton of power and holds 29k rail
2800 uS on 50% injectors with a single stock CP3 doesn't sound right.
2600 is still way too high.
2600us and also got my first ever change fuel filter message. Chasing 26k FRPDES and was consistently down to about 19-20k.
2200us FRP was within 1k psi.
Does anyone else MAF Grams/s go to 0.0 and back to 576.71 ?

2200us is more reasonable and probably in that 575-625whp area.
And as for MAF, I'm assuming you're in a WOT situation when it reads high? If so that's normal as it's reading the air being pulled through the intake to feed the turbocharger. If it's at idle, you've got issues.
I'd guess you between 600-650 on tune 4. If tune 5 is really 2600 it probably wouldn't be any faster than tune 4 and maybe not even run as good as tune 4.
