Only stock cp3, holds pressure within 1k. My guess would’ve been 600-650. Not really concerned about a “number” to dyno it.

On a 68mm Danville I did 636 on a strong stock cp3 and 40 over LBZ tips with 2600us and held almost 25k rail. When I went to the 12mm Exergy, the truck picked up a ton of power and holds 29k rail :)

Do you think that was all from the higher pressure? So it’d be fair to say I’m at a solid 600? 40 Lbz, tip is about 60 lmm?

40 over is still 40’over. The atomization is better with an lbz tip is all; more and smaller holes. My cp3 did get a little tired before the 12mm upgrade but not bad. No tune change and just more pressure is all, and very noticeable. My tune 4 was 575 and tune 5 was 636... after the 12mm my truck was more powerful in 4 than it was in 5 on the stock cp3. I’d say I’m now more like 675’ish.

Your 600 is a very reasonable SWAG.

I'm 650-675 on stock/sportsman cp3 and 45% injectors, I think I'm around 21-200 uS... so these guys are right, a stock cp3 wouldn't even think about holding rail pressure on a 2800 uS tune with 50% injectors.

2800 uS on 50% injectors with a single stock CP3 doesn't sound right.

I looked at my data log again and it was 2600 instead of 2800us. Help if I read it correctly. I’m gonna go do another data log at lunch just to double check.

2600 is still way too high.

2600us and also got my first ever change fuel filter message. Chasing 26k FRPDES and was consistently down to about 19-20k.

2200us FRP was within 1k psi.

Does anyone else MAF Grams/s go to 0.0 and back to 576.71 ?

2200us is more reasonable and probably in that 575-625whp area.

And as for MAF, I'm assuming you're in a WOT situation when it reads high? If so that's normal as it's reading the air being pulled through the intake to feed the turbocharger. If it's at idle, you've got issues.

All with 28* degrees
2200 . Yes it’s in WOT goes to zero then back to full a couple times during the log but it only did it in the hotter tune. Which has me questioning a ground. Sound possible?

I'd guess you between 600-650 on tune 4. If tune 5 is really 2600 it probably wouldn't be any faster than tune 4 and maybe not even run as good as tune 4.
