Here's part of mine, i'll get more later. High end Pioneer head unit, Direct hooked up Ipod, If I could only figure out how to make the random work right, it seems to play the same 50 songs over and over, but theres over 700 on the ipod ............also have direct wired xm and sirius satallite, 2 10's in the rear box, 1 speaker in each rear door and 3 speakers in each front door. The head unit glows blue, just like the cobalt gauges :D

I have a Kenwood Navigation system with backup camera installed, plus dvd players in both head rests for the kids. No amp or special speakers, I have sensitive ears and cannot stand loud. Matter of fact hamsters and Pat get mad when I hear them talking about me in the other room

Also had a lilliput 7" touchscreen mounted up front running a carputer with Verizon wireless internet and a Kyocera WiFi router, with external amps and antennas LOL. I was a rolling hotspot basically broadcasting the Verizon highspeed wireless from my truck, AP named SIKDMAX and everything hahah. I could be within a 1.5 mile radius of my truck and have the highspeed internet anywhere - in class or at jobsites with no net or whatever, and others could access it as well if I gave them the password. The truck was networked to my home computer over the internet and therefore could access my entire collection of music/movies from the road and play them over the vehicle audio system or watch them on the W200 and/or touchscreen. Was pretty slick :D

I'm running 2 Alpine Type X's with an 1800w amp. I raised my back seat to inches to get as much possible airspace for those things and I still don't have enough. I think I am goin to run 1 10" with a larger ported box

At the moment I cant get pics..... But my truck has had a couple of different systems in it. The first was a pioneer flipout DVD with 2 fosgate 10's in a custom fiberglass box behind the seat. I sold that and rolled around stock for awhile.

My current setup is A pioneer 890BT (bluetooth built in) and an earthquake 1000.1 amp running a 12" Kicker Solobaric in a custom box (built by me:)) under the drivers side rear seat. It is stupid loud!!!!!

Well Larry, I am putting in the Alpine W200 that I got from Wayne (Fordt) and an Audioson SRX5.1 amp which will drive two 10" Hertz subs as well as all new Hertz components all the way around. It should sound ok. If the the 2-10's don't do it for me though, I may have to try and go with 4 - 10's in a sealed box and a second amp to drive them. I like to make the mirrors shake and the neighbors angry!! I wanted 2-12's but I guess it would be a real MF to make it fit. I have never had anything smaller than a 12 before so this will be different for me. Personaly, I prefer 6 15's!!

Well with the right box 2 10's will sound good, I had an alpine deck I liked really well, but it lacked some options the Pioneer had:cool2:

Well, I got my truck back and needless to say, the Hertz components are amazing. The BOSE is good, but they are garbage compared to these Hertz. Also the Alpine head unit is really nice-thanks Wayne!!
The subs on the other hand, aren't going to work. Due to space restraints they went with 2 EXILE 10's in a ported box. They work good, but don't have the deep base I am looking for.
So it's back to the drawing board. We are going to have to move the seat ahead 1.5" to make room for a bigger box. And also change the brand of subs, either Hertz or JBL, not sure yet.

Dynomat will help with the sound quality, probably wont find you the bass your after, but it will tighten up what you have and get rid of some of the rattles deep bass seem to make appear. I did all four of my doors and the rear wall up to the window. Made a big improvement. I plan on putting it on the ceiling and floor when I get a free weekend.

It's all in the plans Larry. Along with an external speaker for the onstar, moving the rear seat forward 1.5" and up 1" or so and maybe 12's sealed. We will see.
