Post pics of your gauge/monitering setups

Like the title says guys, I'm looking for ideas on gauge packages or system monitering devices that you guys have installed on your pullers, tow rigs, and daily drivers. I've been doing some searching, but not coming up with many ideas, so I want to see what you guys have. I want to get something in place prior to tuning my LB7.

On a side note, if you have any input on things you like or dislike about your setups, I'm all ears. Nothing like getting info on how to improve things.

Have you seen those adapters that allow a digital multi gauge/screen(like the banks IQ or CTS monitor) to be placed into a pillar pod gauge mount?

I think i am going to expand my gauges in this fashion over winter, i too am looking into options

I run mechanical boost and egt on the pillar along with an insight cs in the console. The bottom little slot right above the cupholders in the consile fits it perfectly. Just cut a hole in the back of the cubby and run the wire behind the dash. I would like to do a fuel supply psi gauge in the hole up by the radio too. Maybe this winter

I've got 3 gauges in the pillar, top to bottom back pressure, boost, and pryo. I also put a 3 gauge pod above the rear view mirror; it just has my DSP 5 switch but I've got room to grow.

I really like the mechanical gauges. I've also thought of getting and edge insight or something else like to monitor other items but maybe not.

i run a 3 pillar gauge pod with the Socal Diesel gauge pod in the roof consol. both boost gauges sit in the Socal Diesel 2 pods, EGT and Oil temp currently sit in the 3 pillar pod with a low pressure fuel gauge eventually going in my last open spot. that gives me everything i feel is nessacary to monitor

Run a edge insight Cs with suction mount next to A piller, and have the SoCal overhead mount with isspro boost and pyro gauge up top. Want to get a insight cts soon! Love the big screen

I run a 4 guage Autometer overhead pod (mounts above the rearview mirror, like yellowchevy posted) with pyro, boost, lift pump fuel pressure, and engine oil temperature. That along with the factory gauges covers everything I feel I need to watch.

Pic is in my garage here. Nothin special, just a triple gauge pillar pod, ppe gauges- rail.pressure up top, boost in the middle and egt on the bottom.

I like it, but i have smacked my head on it a few times leaning down to pop the hood or to pick something out of the door pocket

All you guys are saying to run a mechanical boost gauge. Is there some reason this is better than reading boost with an Edge moniter?

As far as I know the Edge will only read up to 22psi due to the 2bar map sensor. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, not positive

My edge read up to 40psi+

I've only had mechanical boost gauges so I don't have first hand experience but electric ones read it off of existing sensors that aren't as accurate and if I remember right they max out at around 22 psi.

LB7's and LLY's are the only ones that won't read about ~22ish psi.

Are you telling me that the LB7 turbo can build more boost than the PCM can read? I guess that might be possible, but it sure as shit doesn't make any sense....
