Are you telling me that the LB7 turbo can build more boost than the PCM can read? I guess that might be possible, but it sure as shit doesn't make any sense....
Seems like it must. My stock turbo reads 30-31 psi on my race tune.

Swapping sensors on the boost you can read easily 100 psiAre you telling me that the LB7 turbo can build more boost than the PCM can read? I guess that might be possible, but it sure as shit doesn't make any sense....

You can use a lb7 oil pressure sensor(not a 01) or most aftermarket gauge companies issipro for sure sell just the sensor and you can use thatJust a matter of a different MAP sensor? Any certain one better than the rest, and does it require re-tuning?

You would have rescale the boost sensor with EFI very simple
I've only had mechanical boost gauges so I don't have first hand experience but electric ones read it off of existing sensors that aren't as accurate and if I remember right they max out at around 22 psi.

Thats not true, Electric gauges use there own sensor for a max of what ever you gauge reading is. Eg: 0-50 reads 50 psi
stock lb7/lly will read upwards of 37 psi
Have you seen those adapters that allow a digital multi gauge/screen(like the banks IQ or CTS monitor) to be placed into a pillar pod gauge mount?
My Banks IQ keeps falling off the windshield. Do you have a link for this pillar mount?
