its either 16mm or 18mm again I dont remember off the top of my head 16 or 18mm/-6 AN powersteering adapter. $11
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/aaf-all48210 Whatever size they are you'll need one at the hyrdo boost pump and another at the master cylinder.
Those parts should put you in the right area so you know what your looking for at least. A search or maybe someone else can comment on what size adapter you need, Its been over 3 years since I did my old truck.
Only issue I can forsee running into is clocking the fittings correctly I used to 90* degree fittings so the hose if not clocked perfectly will want to rotate, kind off like coiling up a cheap garden hose, mine turned out all right, but its a short section of hose so its not going to have a whole lot of play. Obviously the situation can be avoided by using a 90* or 45* on one end and a straight on the other, but you'll have to pop the hood to see what will work for you. Tony's kit avoids that by just replacing the rubber hose and using the hard pieces. You may have to get some rubber isolators and secure the hose to depending on how it turns out.
