Some pics that I hope to help out. I used the 07 van radiator hose and cut both ends down an inch. Moved my TCM to the fuse block. I tried to upload a pick of the belt routing but it wont let me. The belt is a dayco 149".

Looking good Tark:thumb:
I like the way the upper rad hose is routed

I use tinypic.com to load pics...it takes a minute to copy and paste, but it loads everything, and allows you to format it for whatever use you could need;)

Awesome! I'll be doing this when I do dual fuelers. No more draining coolant move that pipe every time I touch this thing!

I bought a Tstat from a 07 van and a new hose from the dealer. Cut both end of the hose about an inch or a lil more til it fit. 2 water hose clamps. Mount your TCM on the fuse box or out of the way. Cut a lil off the TCM clip mount that comes fan shroud so the hose will not rub a hole. It you have a water cooled turbo reuse your fitting off you hard water crossover or if you are deleting that you need a plug from a vender.
