Pic's for those wanting to use the van T-stat with dual fueler.

I bought a Tstat from a 07 van and a new hose from the dealer. Cut both end of the hose about an inch or a lil more til it fit. 2 water hose clamps. Mount your TCM on the fuse box or out of the way. Cut a lil off the TCM clip mount that comes fan shroud so the hose will not rub a hole. It you have a water cooled turbo reuse your fitting off you hard water crossover or if you are deleting that you need a plug from a vender.

I have the 2nd pump up top so yes you need to. Not so sure if you don't have the pump.

Does the tcm lay pretty flat on the fuse box? Looks like the big wire harness wouldn't let it lay very flat against it.

Fitting

I am going back to a water cooled turbo, does that fitting have a thermostat in it or is it just a fitting. I can't find any of my stuff that I removed and I'm not sure if has something special in it.

Yes it has a thermostat in the fitting.

Yes, use 2 small self tapping screws. You will only use two of mounting holes on the TCM.
