Good job on flagging in the log. I hope you don't mind if I post up a shot of it for those that are following this thread or with curiosity. I still don't see anything which is clearly out of the ordinary here.
Rail holding well, pulse doesn't drop off, mm3 is consistent. Doesn't seem to be de-fuel related looking at the log..

I'm not really sure, I was under the impression that a sensor of some kind was going wacky but everything looks ok in the log, is there any way you can get a video with your phone so I can try to hear the delay in realtime?

With no codes it seems odd it would be trans. It is also strange that it happens over time. I wonder if it would start happening on the stock tune if you drove it for a while like you did on the dsp5?

3500 miles seems like a long way to go for it to be relearn related but im no trans guru, I leave all that in the hands of my sheep specialist...err, trans specialist.

There is one for sale in the garage sale section. It's worth trying...

We haven't seen it happen on a 6sp truck yet, but have seen it with 5speeds. Doesn't mean it isn't possible.

Resurrecting - Maybe this will shed some light on the transmission problem?? My fuel filter % is lasting all of 10-12 miles. Changed twice and I fill up a station that goes through diesel quickly. Saturday morning I get up to a CEL with a code of P0116 and P0671. From what I am reading the P0116 (ECT Sensor) can cause some strange shifting and sluggish performance. Any thoughts?
