Thanks for doing the leg work man! Looks like guys who run not water cooled turbos will have to find a plug for the coolant supply.

I want to run the van coolant housing so I'm assuming it can't work with PPE's belts routing from what I've read. Is this true? Also doea someone have a pic of the routing that will work and will I need a new belt?

No it wont work with PPE's routing. It will have to be run like ATS. Dont have mine done yet but I will let you know what I come up with. Looks like it will need a different belt.

Thanks I decided to move the rad to the front of the bed. I know it's not a good idea putting the weight back there but it makes the truck so easy to work on. I thought I might as well put the van housing on while I'm at ti.

I made my own front inlet thermostat cover. If any one needs one I have a few extra covers and I can get some more 2" aluminum pipe. Best part is if you flip the upper coolant hose it almost lines up perfect and all you do is cut off about 5" of it.

This will not fit with a dual fueler but makes working on the truck much easier. I got sick of messing with that damn hard pipe and cutting o-rings when it had to be reinstalled.

Does anyone know the size and thread pitch of the check valve. I cant remember what it is.
