time to work on my next solution :( hey fingers do you have a copy of the wiring schematic for the intake air heater and egr valve by any chance?

With the Bosch ECM's we've found that there are secondary and multiple instances of DTC's being set in the background. This has required us to investigate via tune files and add to our software periodically. Our software update on February 16th (build 81) took care of multiple LMM EGR DTC's for P041C and P041D. Unfortuantely, P046C wasn't an issue with the tune file that was submitted.

Earlier in this thread we offered to take another look and requested rgullett83 email a tune file for us to investigate again incase there is yet another instance. At this stage we are yet to receive a tune file, so can't begin to look at the issue. That said, reading all of Riley's issues with this truck it's understandable why he didn't submit his tune.

MMLMM if you want to email support at efilive dot com with your tune file we will take another look.

Cheers
Cindy

Do you want a stock tune or a modyfied one to look at Cindy? I believe I too have a tune with the same issue as what Mike is talking about with my LBZ. But it does not do it all the time which is strange.

Mike, did yours ever go into limp mode when it set?

I figured as much given I referenced your original thread from late year on our forum in this discussion (either here or on DP?), but thanks for sending it again. Ross will take a look on Monday.

Ok I will send it the next time I have my EFI Laptop open.
The strange thing about my P046C is that it does not do it all the time. And for some reason once in awhile it throws me into limp mode.

Also does P0606 internal processor fault sound like something y'all have seen? I get this sometimes after reflashing and I cannot clear it.

I believe that fault is more of a grounding/power issue. Check your harness where it rubs against the driver's side wheel well liner. Several people have had rub throughs that show up as ECM problems.
