P1631 indicates a possible VATS problem that could be caused by the new ECM not being learned to the truck. You might need to do a VATS relearn.

Yeah I feel stupid I looked right passed that, I got tunnel vision on the crank sensor. I’m gonna put the ficm back here in just a minute do the relearn and see what happens. Thank you for the posts

Well I got the ficm back they said it had some capacitors that were bad. Got the vats issue fixed. Installed the ficm and still won’t start but I am showing 12v on the crank sensors blue/white wire now. It isn’t showing any rpm’s with the scan tool.

I'd be looking at your cam and crank sensors with no RPMs reporting

I ordered the cam and crank sensor today, suppose to be here in the morning at the dealer. I’ll put them on and see what happens.
Double make sure you put them in the right place with the right connector. They will both fit in each other's location but they won't work unless in the correct place. 50/50 if you get them mixed up

Ok so I got the new cam and crank sensors put in. Double checked to make sure they were in their respective places. Still a crank no start. Ohm tested wiring back to Ecm from crank sensor plug again. Checked rlutor wheel again looked good and checked the teeth. Ecm and ficm have been rebuilt. with key in engine off on the crank sensor plug I’m getting 12v on green wire .5v on blue white and 0v on yellow black wire but all the wires ohm out good to the ecm. What am I missing

So an update on the truck. Got the pcm back it checked out ok. Gave up took it to the dealer and they said it has a hole in the piston. Still don’t know why it keep giving the crank sensor code and nothing else but probably gonna scrape the truck. Thank you for the input and help.
