Outlaw Diesel Event in Pageland..Nov. 15th

There will be a diesel race and dyno in Pageland, S.C. on Nov. 15th 2008.
Track owner say's they will have a burnout contest and bumper-to-bumper pull-off as well.

Payout structure is in the works and will be posted soon.

Class structure will most likely be: Bracket, Index and Pro.

This is a 1/8th mile track and will be an Outlaw race.

It is 'last-minute' planning.........but should still be a good turnout.

Who can make it???????

The race is set and payout's are as follows:

PRO-STREET.......$600 to win, $300 to runner-up, $100 to semi's.

7.90 INDEX........$300 to win, $150 to runner-up.

E.T. BRACKET.....$100 to win.

All class winner's to receive a large trophy.

Entry fee's are $40 for PRO, $20 for INDEX and BRACKET.

The race will likely start Sat. evening about 6:00 or 7:00.

I'd like for you to call-up some of the heavy-hitters.
I know Russel said he is coming, there should be a couple local street trucks that are too fast to run the index and will put them in pro.
So, to count......Buck?, Jess?, Don?, Russel, myself, Gus?, ...equals 6 plus some locals plus whoever else we can round-up.
I did find out that Garmin is having his open house on the same day, so a lot of the guy's won't be in Pageland. (Porterfield, Buchanon, etc.)
Jess, let me know who else might be up for the trip.
With the index class set at 7.90..........it should be easy to fill a Pro class.

to be honest ED the heavy hitters are prolly gnna be at Garmons shop day.Buck may take the truck,lots of time to break stuff between here and there.however if all goes well both trucks will be there.have sa few local trucks that may would go,il talk with em,,,

Yep.......Tim wanted to do a Diesel race (last minute thing) and hopefully he will get a good turn-out.
He did sell that white truck...........a looooong time ago. He's driving an LBZ Duramax now! Although I haven't got him talked into racing it much. He's actually been through several 'toy's' in the last couple years. (recently playing with a twin-turbo Corvette).

na just fixin some small bumper and hood damage along with the leaking radiator. (i cant seem to get out of all these coolant issues) but the good news is it is getting ferrarie black paint:banana:

actually it is 7.49 at most tracks,i dont think that will be an issue at this one though.i hope some more big hitters sign up.looking better all the time...
