Update: the dyno will NOT be there. Tim couldn't get one scheduled on short notice.
I think next year it will be planned earlier and the dyno won't be a problem.

Well.......we now have a dyno for the event. Mike Rankin out of Laurinburg will be there. This is the same dyno that was at the Farmington (Mocksville, N.C.) race a couple weeks ago. I believe the cost will be $75 for 3 pulls?? (I'm trying to work-up something for a small cash winnings for high H.P.)
It is a 'Dyno-Jet 224X' and seemed to be keeping numbers 'right on the mark' from what I saw at Farmington.
One week to go guy's...........se ya' there!

Gates will open early..........prolly 10:00 A.M. (Don't show-up too late!!)
We will try to do most of the racing while the sun is out and hopefully decent track temps. Because of the time-of-year........we will have to "play-it-by-ear" for the best results. From what I hear, there's gonna' be some bumber-snatchin' goin on. Apparently, there are quite a few locals that enjoy this type of destuction!
And...........the word is..........a certain truck may be there shootin for a record pass!!!!...........
