I would avoid Spectra, they have poor quality control.

I have used Performance Radiator for over 15 years, only had to warranty one radiator. AC Delco is obviously good.

Never heard of Pro, can't say anything about them.

Went through two radiators from a warehouse distributor down off of south 75th avenue for my elephant, came down to an agreement between the owner and I to refund my full purchase price and then had one built at Hal's

^^ I love that picture BTW :roflmao:

Drained the trans, the little bit of darker red in the center gives me hope that the coolant wasn't in the trans long enough to do any damage since it doesn't appear to have mixed 100% completely with the trans fluid. I am going to try to track down a new radiator tomorrow morning and do the internal and spin-on trans filters, then a trans and cooling system flush and see what happens.

Got a rad from Performance Radiator this morning. 24 gallons of trans fluid later, the trans is clean.

Here's what the last pan that I drained looked like

Dropped the pan and changed both filters after seeing the above fluid come out of it.

In case anyone wants to know what 24 gallons of fluid looks like

I have simple green and water in the cooling system right now, will finish flushing that tomorrow. Phew. I have not opened up the internal filter that I removed from the truck yet, but the pan was clean when I dropped it. There was a little bit of greasy feeling stuff on the magnet.
