What issues are you having with the high pressure turbo?

For only being a 67mm with a .81a/r turbine it spools like it's a large atmosphere charger. I know it's kind of apples to oranges but compared to my old s366 there is about a 1000rpm difference between when they spool.

Drove the durahome 50 miles one way to get a state inspection. On the way back on I-20 I learned it was governed at 80-82 mph

ill just leave this here, same track, 71/94, 30% nozzles.....

i offered to help but you didnt want it, it took me some time but i know what works at high elevation.

i should mention i start spooling when jd finally gets his bulbs lit.

I know and I do appreciate it. I know the problems I've had with this truck have all been centered around the chargers which was an unfortunate impulse buy that I have just tried to make work. I'm just so tired of spending money and working on this pile that scrapping the whole turbo setup and rebuilding from scratch really isn't on the plate right now.

Got the cam bearings put in the lb7. Awaiting the rings and other goodies hopefully early this week. Been a slow build but attention to detail goes a long way here.

Dropped my engine about 5 minutes before final install.. Smashed the oil pan, pick up tube and broke a brand new rdl manifold.. F me... So much for making progress this weekend.

Yea I'm sure he will take care of me. Just sucks because I planned to have it ready to plug my harness in and start it when I get it back from Ben.

Now it'll be late summer before I even get to start working on it again. O well I'll just tag my 71 and drive it
