Thanks. It works really well. I can assemble a complete motor this way front to rear without having to pull it off to get the flywheel and up pipe and things like that on.

Thanks again. I don't really have alot of loose change to throw around on Things like this so if I can build It, I will. Im sure someone makes a stand to do the same thing but, oh well gives me a chance to stretch the ole noggin..lol

Just make sure the cam is bolted in before rotating, would suck to have it slide out. I really like the idea of how you did it. The reg stands suck to rotate with full engine on them.

Bahahahaha ummm well let me tell you... Funny you say that... Made an ameture mistake and had to stop installing my pistons because I did just that... Just installed new can bearings last night....@ 96$!!! Yup there I was spun her up on her face and ting ting said the can! Luckily it never fell out but put two dings in the number 4 can bearing so.. Back to the drawing board. Gonna pick up all new ones from the dealership in the a.m. and start over..I felt like an idiot as soon. As I spun it up! I built a very large regular stand a couple years ago and I works awesome. Balance perfect so an almost full dressed motor will spin by hand 360° but its just so dang big and when I'm not using it its in the way all the time, so this one I bolted together so it can be broke down and stowed away neatly against a wall.

I didn't do a single thing but Chris brought the rotating assembly to be balanced yesterday. All of the parts have arrived except the billet main caps which should be here Thursday:happy2:
