Does this count as work? Not my truck, but my brothers.

Took my floor mat out. I think I have a leaking windshield. Insulation was wet and stunk. The amount of dirt under there is crazy. This is after me vacuuming 2 loads out. Going to bed line the cab and replace the factory sound deadening mat with something else. Haven't decided what yet.

Wow, that's nasty. Used like a work truck?

Not sure. Wasn't from me. Had to be from a previous owner. Truck came from Georgia. Lots of clay, acorns and sunflower seeds. I am not a squirrel, don't live near clay or eat sunflower seeds. It was really really clean when I bought it. Like new truck clean on the inside. No idea how all of that could have gotten under there

Order a s&b dry filter to replace my oiled afe on my kit. Then since no wrap was available through s&b for the style of filter, I picked one up from outerwearsracing at the direction of the folks at s&b.

A little bump on the way to work. I was going to put a Street Scene Generation 6 SS style bumper, but decided to keep the stock style bumper.

Got my cab floor painted with duplicolor truck bed liner. And finally got the exhaust fixed. It went from a bolt on mbrp with a goober welded tip that always rattled to a stack that was way to loud to a side exit before rear tire that was also to loud and finally back to this. And it'll stay this way. Nice and quiet. Also welded the piece I cut out of the bed for said stack back in.

Went to leave for the dunes on thursday afternoon only to get a serious death wobble/shake at 40mph. turned around to go back to the house to and see what the issue was. i knew i had a tie rod that was worn but it was much worse than i thought. compound that with the trailer on the back and me not loading the weight distribution bars all that much to keep more weight on the tongue and it lead to nasty death wobble. tire would move a good 3-4" in either direction when you moved it by hand and when i removed it, the ball came out of the cup. very glad it didnt come out on the road doing 70mph. replaced the tie rod with a new spare i keep on hand and off we went. was a great weekend in the dunes

Thinking I may do a similar thing in my cab but with Herculiner…its a thick roll on liner. Did it help with noise reduction?

Not sure. It's still in pieces. I just put the drivers seat in when I need to drive it. Probably won't put it all back together till I get the floor cut out for the shifter and the clutch pedal assembly mounted. Working on mounting the pedal assembly today. What a giant pain in the ass that is
