Same shocks you had out at my place Adam?
On my first set of shocks I put exhaust wrap after muffler. Noticed rear passenger side boot was wrapped from heat.
Mine got cooked on engine #3 install... had tail pipe off and exhaust was pointed directly at the shock...
Was rolling this morning. I 15 S, South of I 70. 80 mph with a 30 foot camper. Road drops in in elevation from 7000ft to under 3000 ft in about a 120 mile stretch.
Had to downshift a gear few times to keep it from going faster.

had to put a battery charger on The Limo yesterday. she cranked over slow after sitting for 2 weeks and need her charged up for a trip next week.
Changed oil and filter last night on my new to me LMM and all I can say is...HOLY HELL!!! Whoever put that thing on, torqued her down to like 8000000 lbft. It was insane. Strap wrench did nothing for it. Took duct tape and a chain wrench to get it off.
On another note, got my downpipe, CTS2, EGT probe and ATP Tunes in. Waiting on my lovely wife to send my Autocal to me and my blocker plate to show up. Trying to get mentally prepared to deal with getting the downpipe changed out.
Hopefully bye Sunday night I will have it all installed as well as my exhaust built.

i have had my EGR blocker plate riding around in my glove box for 3 months for fear of being so pissed during install i just throw it across the shop anyway.
HAHA! Yeah, my plan is to drop it in while I have the DP off. Should give me a little more wiggle room back there. We will see how many skinned knuckles I come back with on Monday.
Once the down pipe is out it will be easy! I just did a turbo swap and full delete on mine last weekend. Seriously it's wide open with the down pipe out.
Yea it has a tag that says 71 phat shaft. I emailed ii about it. Just waitin on a response. Only paid 125 for it with some other parts.
Nice. How did the shaft bend? I'd make sure there's no other damage.

Not sure. Compressor wheel looks good. Couple small Knicks in the cover but nothing that can't be smoothed out.
