Selling it huh? Getting something newer?

I more or less just want the security of having more money in my name. I also wouldn't mind just having something smaller and cheaper to own as well. But its been a great truck and im definitely not going to give it away. I haven't had much action yet other than a trade offer for a 1999 suburban with cash on his end. Nope

Slapped together some pvc fittings to do some pressure testing, and discovered my intercooler is junk. let’s tear apart what we just put together, shall we.

Uh oh.

Am I expecting a text tomorrow...???? LOL

Ha, maybe. I’ll probably be looking for one that has cast ends instead of one plastic like the stock ones does, even tho that’s not where it split.

No, it’s still the original one. Guess it’s been a bit already, but feels like I just got it together since I only have a few thousand miles on it since the last rebuild. Sat all winter waiting on the turbo setup.

Well now you have a reason to upgrade it just like the engine. Lol

I flushed the hydroboost, swapped in a new oiled s&b filter, and deleted the fuel filter head. Used a fuel filter head delete tube different than the recommended way.

The rust belt strikes again in the form of rotted brake lines. Also hooked my lift pump back up after a bad gel up last winter.

I used the leftover hose from my fass fuel pump and got the tube from underdog diesel. It's fuel filter housing delete tube.

Thanks, Ive used the same hose to create a loop but wish there was a cleaner more functional look, more astetic.

just delete all those unnecessary lines completely and run your feed line from airdog straight to the cp3

the fuel feed comes from the driver side at the back of the head, it crosses over the motor twice, terrible design. i deleted every hard line on my truck and ran the airdog hose from pump to cp3. you should see the cp3 inlet, its laughable

If I ever take stuff off the top of my engine to work on something I will probably do that. This was the easiest option for me since my oem fuel filter head was leaking a little bit.
