Check under the hood frequently to lame sure everything is looking I and sounding ok. Still cannot figure out how this is happening. Just out of nowhere it does it...
On our equipment when that happens it's nearly always the tensioner

Maybe I'm seeing things but it looks like the tensioner isn't tight, looks like a little residue on the underside from movement? Maybe worth checking that out.

Power steering pump pulley could be moving and slipping it off. My 7 did that right before the pump locked up...

The tensioner is tight and the pulley has the tall sides. I got a new tensioner pulley because it was bad and it didn't have the tall sides and it would throw the belt now it just shifts over like in the picture.the power steering pump does feel weak and the steering isn't as assistive as it used to be in slow parking lot driving but until it goes out it's good enough for me but I never thought that could cause a belt problem.

My 7 starting to wear belts first, then randomly throw them off. I replaced everything else and it still slipped the belt. Every once in a while I would loose power steering for a split second at idle in parking lots. I could see the power steering pump pulley was out of alignment. I put a new pulley on it and it lasted about 1,000 miles before boom. The pump was locking up and the pulley was spinning on the shaft, once I pressed a new pulley on it wasn't going to spin so it locked up and exploded. This was all over about 5,000 miles so it's a slow death, especially if you only drive it once a week. Lol...
