Drove it to work today for the first time in a month. Stopped and picked up oil and filter for a oil change. Finished a job up today and loaded the trailer up.

Does the 5w-40 work better in colder environments? Because i thought the manual says to use 15w-40.
Please excuse my lack of knowledge...

Ya I wish it was mine! I was just setting tile in it

I've always ran delvac and switched to rotella last oil change. My typewriter tick disappeared with the rotella and had it bad with delvac. The 5w-40 is the only synthetic t6 they make and with the rebates on the t6 I figured I would try it

Got around to changing oil today. Noticed what looks like soot around y bridge and cold side connection. I reused the gasket there when I put the pipe and turbo on. Maybe it just needs a new gasket.

I'll have to try that. Anyone have a part number for that gasket? I really should hook up a test plug and boost leak test it. I've never checked it after putting turbo and new pipes on. Is there anywhere to check for drive pressure leaks pre turbo?

TX of course
Been playing with my tuning. Got the boost where I want it now just need to fine tune it to see if I can get the EGTs down some. Love my new gauges. Having a min and max recall is priceless when you do your own tuning.
