I just stuck every bolt back in the hole it came out of. Easy enough for now. Lol

The motor I'm putting in is complete drop in, so I don't really need most of these little pieces of hardware.

oh that makes its nice.

yeah i did the "sticking things back where they went" but that only goes so far when you gotta strip the sucker down...

so you sold the built motor out of the truck?

Nah it's not sold yet, but everything else on it is gone. I'm gonna clean it up and start pushing it.

Got to deal with the joys of idler pulley failure. Fixed now two new idlers and the tensioner. Sheesh.

I bought this chassis for the rear axle to put into a c30 I have, but decided to mock this up with a spare cab and see how much work it would be.

Stared at it a lot today, trying not to get angry and set it on fire. Starting the wonderful process of trouble shooting the "no start issue" tomorrow...if the wife don't get to pissy.

Installed my new leafs. Old ones had a broke eyelet. Got the shackles installed.Bought new bolts. Used grade 8 bolts thats a totally different topic. Lol I used anti seize and blue loctite on the bolts. Waiting for new u bolts have to order some none here local. Had to cut the old ones off. Still need to clean the axle and drive shaft up so it can be painted.

Swapped out the stock DP for an MBRP DP that I picked up from a forum member a few weeks back...stoked to have a full exhaust system again... :woott:

2nd best 20min I've spent this month;)

I'm surprised to say that the exhaust note is actually more mellow now, albeit puts out a deeper tone...and the turbo sounds happier:D
