I was originally a member of TheDieselStop, I had over 250 posts. I was shopping for a Powerstroke pickup to replace my E-350 work van. When I went to the lot to buy, 1/2 the 6.0's were showing signs of a rear main seal leak, and the internet was filling up with 6.0 issues. So I went Dmax instead, and never looked back.

BTW my solid axle rides better than my Chevy did with a good front end..could be that it's 3 years newer haha

sorry this mentally challenged Ford guy doesn't know how to do multiple quotes....I'm not too worried about this 6.4 and I think the 6.0 even with proper maintenance can be a good truck...besides the Ford dealer gave me WAY more for my truck than any Chevy dealer would. Just sad cause it's going to auction the way it sits
if anyone wants my old truck for like 15k let me know and I can tell ya where the auction house is...I'd rather not see it a few months down the road with Mexico plates on it....gave the dumbass Ford mechanics all the stuff to put it back to stock and they were "afraid" to work on it so they are auctioning it as is.

Ouch lol...I'm a good sport I can take the razzing. I still have love for the dmax guys and if I ever am in the position to build a race truck I surely will be coming back to Team Dmax.
Thanks Mike. She's a beauty alright. 2008 F-350 CC DRW 4x4...loaded to the hilt. Only thing I was iffy on is color and the fact that I don't truly need a dually but sure am happy with it. Planning on tune, deletes, intake and level her out. That's really it. I went a little overboard with my truck and was at am impass as to what to do. Didn't have the money to build the motor and not taking a 15k personal loan out. Truck needed some work (whole new front end parts, AC, dent in bed) Overall much happier with a newer truck; rides great, good power for bone stock. Only thing about the 6.4s is the fuel mileage and the 4.30s in the rear don't help any lol...need to throw some 37s on her or 3.73s...

Have fun with the new truck tony. Just remeber all trucks have their issues, one way or the other they are gunna need work. Ill put that super 60 against my front end any day

That's great...my truck rides amazing..like as good as a buddy of mine's LMM I rode in. Never ridden in a LML so I can't say compared to that. Ford has come leaps and bounds since the old leaf sprung old front ends and TTBs

i have always liked the look of the Fords, was looking for one when i got back from Japan but all they had were the 6.0s and i wouldnt own one of them if you paid me to drive it. but the 6.4s are good trucks.
oh and go with a super single. would look sick but im sure they arent cheap. of you could do semi truck tires.
