Now this aint my truck at all here. but he pulls around here and what not. Can anybody help me out on what that almost squeeling noise is when this thing lights. i cant believe its turbo, it really stands out when your listening in real life you can hear it in the beggining in this video.

Some wastegates will do that. Could also be boost leak or exhaust leak.

truck in sig will mostly be in a 6500lb class, but will pull in the 6200lb class as our 8000lb 3.0 diesel class is above my pay scale by a lot
dont worry moss its above my scale too! haha
yeah hopefully the cooler weather this week makes it a little nicer to work in the shop, yesterday was miserable!
Two words.
Air
Conditioning.
We kinda have it in our shop. Basically a big heat exchanger with a squirrel cage fan. It was a few thousand I think. We run well water through it. Works good. Keeps the humidity down more than anything. Keeps temps under 80. But I guess I don't know what you would do with the water. Ours just goes into Tanks which feed the waterers in the barns.

Waiting on my turbo and I really havn't had much time to mess with it. We picked up quite a bit of extra land this year so the farm has taken up all my time. Hopefully will finish planting tomorrow and spraying corn later this week. So I'll have some time to spend on the truck.
Good to hear business is good Dave! You getting that peckered up comp replaced? I am just about finished the intercooler and exhaust plumbing. Waiting on injectors and air knife to finish up the engine bay.

Curtis, I've got a bellows strap I'd like you to run. It's a lot like a slip on collector clamp. I'll try to get some made up this week if you're interested.
I got mine running fri night went pulling sat i am sure there were some broken windshields from the lose bolts falling off the truck as we went down the road. Here are a few pics and i will link a vid of the pulls i broke a lock out right off the get go then my safety air shut off tripped and ended it all.

Like when I brought my other truck down to you for body work? You were picking up the extra bolts off the trailer haha.
Truck sounds strong, hopefully the bad.luck bug passes.
