Y'all must like to repair your trucks more than I do. I like to wrench on my truck to improve the performance of it, not to fix inherent design flaws every 75-100K miles.

How much do either, or any one, of you want to pay for another LB7 since they're so great?

Maybe I'm lucky but I'm 140k original injectors perfect balance rates.

The fact that my 02 came with ZERO emissions from factory just tickles me to death.

And I love working on it weather its a repair or a mod.

And some stranger at Safeway 2 days ago offered me 24k cash and I just laughed at him

:spit::roflmao: wow. Am i lost. The truck brand new with zero miles wasnt much more maybe 32-34k. No way in hell would i buy a lb7 for 24k if it had 30k miles. Like the front ends but thats as far as the likes go. trans, looks, interior, all improve with newer models. And then theres #1, injector issues. I own a few lb7s, so no need to tell me how great they are, i like lbzs and 6speeds, but all im sayin you should have ran with the 24k.

well don't forget prices differ from region to region, in the NW or atleast oregon, LBZ's are going for 30-40k all day long

I love the 02 chev body style. Hate the 04.5-06 chev body style, and love the 06-07.5 chev body style. Also like the gmc's but white only with black wheels and slightly blue hid's very specific

Not any more than any other of the 100s of Dmax's with their headlight out at the track.

Now if u could get a 02 with a lbz/6speed I'd be all over it.

Convert the interior over to 03-up electronics and you could have one. Just find a complete donor and have at it.

Don't get me wrong I love my lly, the reason I bought one is I would also rather change head gaskets if needed than injectors. I was just making fun of their stupid little wiring issues we've all had to fix. I.E. harness rub and ice picking injector plugs. I really wanted an lbz or lmm though because of the 6 speed but it's impossible to find one in fl with low milage under 22k $$

That's what I'm saying though, I think the front end of the lbz's look great if it has street tires, like a street truck. Lifted not so much

I used to not like the "angry eyes" but it has grown on me. Ideally I'd like to just buy an 06/07 classic LBZ with a ZF6 but I can't find a clean one within my price range.

mine wasn't my dream truck had a regular cab zf but it got totaled three weeks after I bought it. found the crew cab didn't really wish to have a crew cab but I don't know if I could go back now its so convienent. I love it but will go to a reg cab zf detecated race truck one of these days then ill have both:thumb:
x2 on the newer interiors id love a newer steering wheel also.

Hate the 04.5-06 chev body style, and love the 06-07.5 chev body style.

They are the the same style. Only difference is the grille has grey in it and the bumper valence is gray. I fixed those on my truck. Looks like an '06 now.

I dig the angry eyes. I hated it when they changed the body style in '03 and '04 but when they came out with the '05 I liked them a lot more. The grill and hood make them look BA.
